Synopsis
Red Planet is one of Heinlein's early novels for young adults. It tells the story of teenaged Jim Marlowe, whose family is part of the first Martian colony. He has a pet "bouncer" named Willis, a three eyed furry ball that records and reproduces audio. Jim, Willis, and his friend Frank run away from their boarding school when they learn that their families are in danger and that they are the only ones who can warn them!
