Condition: Very good, with very light shelfwear to covers. Previous owners name at top of front endpaper. 28pp. 32 colour illustrations. Douglas Portway (1922-1993) was born in South Africa, although both his parents had British heritage. In 1957 he left for Europe. He developed an international reputation as an artist, who although he belonged to no particular school or movement, created an impressive oeuvre. .
