Beautifully illustrated children's book with eight first rate colour plates and numerous mono drawings. Stock toned to edges, but otherwise all is clean and bright. Neat gift inscription to front pastedown dated 1st Jan 1911. Smart green decorated boards with quarter red cloth spine. Green and black titling with inset tipped on colour illustration. Good unclipped d/j a little dulled and worn to edges with some closed tears. A remarkable survivor and a highly attractive item. 4to. Unpaginated.
