Boston And New York: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1925. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good+. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, red cloth boards with gilt on front and spine. Exterior shows darkening two edges and spine the as well as a bit of sunning on the front and spotting on the rear. Exterior page edges shows some soiling at the bottom. Interior binding is good, no hinge issues, nothing torn or loose. Interior pages are toned due to age and some foxing and smudge marks are present. No signatures or bookplates but end pages and half title page has a mark where a paper clip once sat. This also left a few rust stains on the end page and pastedown.
