April 25, 1876.--Recommitted to the Committee on the Judiciary and ordered to be printed. "That the act of Congress of July 1, 1862, created a corporation under the name of 'The Union Pacific Railroad Company,' with authority to construct and maintain a continuous railroad and telegraph-line from a point on the hundredth meridian of longitude west from Greenwich in the the Territory of Nebraska to the western boundary of the then Nevada Territory." Part I: 306 pages with index. Part 2: 15 pp. Disbound government document. Residue from book binding remains along spine edge, small holes from string binding are present, creasing along spine. Ex. library stamp on top page edge. Back blank pages have significantly chipped edges, are quite brown and worn. Paper is browning, some small foxing spot, text easily legible. Document in Good+ to VG- condition. . Paper Covers. Good+. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 9". Railroads.
