Paulton, England: The Resuscitator, 1964. 1st edition. Soft cover. Very Good/No Jacket (as issued). Near VG. 8vo, 28pp, stapled wrappers. Scarce English little magazine from 1964, includes Olson, Corman, Zukofsky. This was poet Warren Tallman's copy, and has his penciled signature on the contents page (no other markings). Typical general wear to the thin wrappers.
