No reference to printing, very good + blue cloth hardcover with silver letter and decoration to spine and cover shows touch of bumping to corners, short gift inscription at top of half title page, light spotting soil at top page edges and some other light trace wear, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows short clip at top of front flap, soiling, and edge wear including wrinkling, short closed tears, longer closed tear at top spine edge of rear panel, and some shallow open chipping mainly at area of spine head (1/4 inch deep or so at most). 211 pages illustrated by Kurt Wiese including a few in color. Still a fairly pleasing copy of this third installment in the line of stories featuring the husky Silver Chief.
