Zurich: Editions Girsberger. Very Good with no dust jacket. 1950. First Edition. Hardcover. Tight clean book in gray linen with slate titles; blindstamp of previous owner to lower title page, and inventory tick to top edge. Signature of former owner in pencil to front endpaper. Inscription to same signed "with my most sincere wishes Richard Neutra" (X1 05) to the half-title page. A second signature appears beneath the photo of Neutra speaking to students from Havana. It appears to be a signature and not a facsimile since there is a stray ink stroke beneath it. ; 9.5" x11"; 256 pages; Signed by Author .
