This is a clean, vintage copy of "The Rights of Man" by THOMAS PAINE with slip case. 1961; The Heritage Press; New York. The book is nicely illustrated with numerous full-page color illustrations, and in-text drawings by Lynd Ward. Also included is the 4-page "Sandglass" insert which gives information about the author and the book.
Condition:
The book is in Near Fine condition with only sun fading to the spine. Clean both inside and out with no other issues - the book appears unread. The slip case has sun fading along the edges; one large panel has some thin, white stain lines; structurally sound with no tears and no wear at the opening.

Synopsis
Rights of Man (1791), by Thomas Paine, posits that popular political revolution is permissible when a government does not safeguard its people, their natural rights, and their national interests. It defends the French Revolution against Edmund Burke's attack in Reflections on the Revolution in France (1790).
