A fascinating history of the rise and development of the area. Ex reference library with bookplate on front pastedown, presentation bookplate on front endpaper, single stamp to upper edge, endpapers, first and last page. Blind stamp and handwritten numbers to reverse of title page. Generally nice and clean inside with occasional age spotting. Scarce.
