GOOD copy, binding square and tight, cloth completely worn to loss on section of spine, otherwise covers clean and bright, internally excellent, no dust jacket. Pencil name on ffep of English Establishment artist Sir Lawrence Gowing (1918-1991) from whose library this was acquired . Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 1939.
