Bibliography. Illustrated endpapers. Description: Includes a section of black and white plates (with some illustrations that were not included in the original publication). Endpaper drawings and jacket vignette by Stan Nelson. Originally published in 1895, this reprint edition includes an added seven page bibliography, plus an introduction by Stan Nelson. The first printing of this book was limited to 1,500 copies. Six-Guns, Number 1087.
