London: Scolar Press, 1982. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Fine/Near Fine. Blake, William. First thus, a full-length study of Blake's designs for Cromek's 1895 edition of Blair's poem, (includes facsimile of the final publication). For the first time Blake's preparatory and rejected designs are presented alongside the published versions. Elephant folio, in black fabric-covered boards with red leather label at the backstrip. The book is in Fine condition, appears not to have been read, corners and spine tips not bumped. The dustjacket has minor scratches in the gloss and minor shelf-wear to edges but is free from tears or loss of any description - Near Fine.
