Includes charts and tables from "Comity Workbook", population and church membership growth in Rochester and surrounding towns, meajor denominational membership growth in last 25 years, seventeen census tract maps of Rochester, indicating social indices and a Protestant density map; charts and tables of 1950 attendance study -- religious profile findings including maps of major denominations, etc.; summary of church comparisons in the 1950 and 1955 study; Includes such information as the type of vocation church attenders had, type of residence, attenders' age breakdowns, Originally developed to help Protestant churches learn to understand urban communities better to help them compete with the Catholic Church, but a wealth of information about upstate Rochester demographics in the mid-1950s. Condition is good. Grey card covers are bit chipped and worn around the edges, green spine cloth starting to peel, interior a bit aged but otherwise clean and unmarked. ; Large 4to .
