Leipzig: Bernhard Tauchnitz. Good with no dust jacket. 1879. Hardcover. 312 pp. 3/4 vellum, vellum spine with red spine label, bellum corners, blue and red marbled boards, gold ruling at the vellum edges. Generally worn, age darkening to vellum especially at the edges, spine quite darkened, top of spine has chip, spine label partially chipped away but still legible. Interior end papers have some old pencil, small sticker mark, back hinge cracking, otherwise clean and unmarked. A pretty copy in acceptable condition of this handsome Tauchnitz edition, Vol. I only.; 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall .
