In the publisher's dust jacket, $14.95 retail price on front flap, shelf wear, wear to spine edges, a touch of chipping to spine and corners, a near fine example. Signed by the author on the front free endpaper: "For Paul Wolfowitz / With Best Wishes (+ Happy Reading on The Far East) / Bill Cohen." Laid-in is a note on Robert L. Downen's stationery referring Wolfowitz to a specific passage in the book. William S. Cohen served in both the House of Representatives and the Senate before beginning his term as Secretary of Defense in the Clinton administration.
