New York & London: Hurst & Co., 1858 Grey cloth white embossed and stamped. Beautiful painted picture on the cover with gilt and crimson background. Some fading and wear on back cover slight wear on spine hinge and top and bottom of spine. 1/8 in. of cloth on back board was not glued under end paper. 219 pages with six pages for ads in back blank. Binding is somewhat loose with webbing exposed in places. Owners name stamped in ink on ffep, vol. 8 written in pencil.. Hardback Cloth. Good. Illus. by Andrew, John. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.
