New York: MacMillan Company; 1917; 1st American Edition, first printing, October, 1917. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; Hardcover, blue-green cloth in no dust jacket; dark Green cloth boards with gilt rubbed, slightly, pictorial gilt VG front cover. Front hinge starting slightly, spine fraying head and tail (less than 1/8th"). Light foxing to endpapers only. All plates including 16 in full color with VG tissue guards present. The first American edition with lavish Arthur Rackham illustrations.
