About This Item
1909 hardcover as pictured. This is an interesting look at the west's position on Africa and big game hunting at the turn of the last century. The book is quite worn. Binding is intact but loose. One tipped illustration has come loose. Red cloth boards with black and gold stamping are soiled and very worn with fraying at hinges and edges. A front cover paste on illustration is rubbed and chipped. Both hinges are cracked. Text is tanned with mottling on several pages. A few pages have tears and dog ears. Includes many b&w and halftone color illustrations. Your purchase helps support our small village library. s
