1920. (Hardcover) 271pp. Very good, no dust jacket. Gilt decorated red cloth. Printed on coated paper, decorated endpapers, frontispiece, photographs, illustrations. Interestingly, there is a scrap of paper laid in which is signed by the author (this appears to be the return address torn from the wrapper in which the book was originally shipped. "A souvenir of the 50th Anniversary of the Red River Expedition and the Formation of the Province of Manitoba". Book about Louis Riel. Locale: ; Fort Garry--Manitoba; Manitoba; North West Territories; Prairie Provinces. (Riel, Fenian Raids, Hudson's Bay Company, North West Mounted Police, Red River Rebellion).
