Published by D.C. Thomson & Co Ltd., 1932. Hardback. Good. Almost very good condition with no wrapper. Colour pictorial boards showing two boys hiking with dog. 4 colour plates, including frontis. First story is 'The Shanghaied Mountie' by Crawford Kaye. Chunky volume. Spine and corners are bumped and worn. Chipping to cover edges and top and tail of spine. A few grubby marks to covers, with a few small scuffs. Front joint is cracked and becoming weak; webbing showing through. Some ink stamp marks to belongs to box and verso of frontis. Small tear to bottom of frontis. Light browning to page edges and margins. A few hinges are pulled. All plates are present.
