Whitman, Racine, WI, 1955. Hardcover in Printed Boards w/o Dust Jacket as issued.
Book is in Very Good shape, with wear mainly to the spine, both interior and exterior. Exterior glossy boards are very clean, with minimal rubbing. Spine has wear and chipping at head and heel. Interior hinges are starting to detach from the book but are still fairly well attached. It's possible to at least re-glue the spine board back to the book. Pages are browned as is typical with Whitman books. Presentable copy.

Book is in very good shape with some rubbing/discoloration to boards. Corners only slightly worn and bumped. Spine extremities are bumped, but with minimal wear. Pages are browning as is typical with Whitman books. Both spine hinges are intact - paper is intact and cover is firmly attached to spine. Spine itself is not rolled and is firm. A really nice reading copy.
