James Nisbet & Co., 1860. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1860. Fourth Edition. 264 pages. Fully bound in leather. Detached front board. Missing rear free endpaper. Moderate foxing and tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns, front free endpaper and title pages. Pen inscription to half title page also. Hinges are heavily cracked, exposing netting and causing boards to be loose (front to be detached.). Boards have moderate corner bumping and edge-wear with visible tanning and scuffing overall. Heavy splitting to front joint. Spine has heavier tanning with soft splitting, fraying and crushing to ends.
