About This Item
London: Collins, [1928].. Original blue limp calf designed in gilt. 56 pages. Four colour plates and decorative borders by Charles Robinson. This copy in the original glassine, and in the original publisher's box with a colour pictorial label on the top. There is a perforation (from a pin or nail) through the back cover and final six leaves (not the illustration), but it is hardly noticeable. The frontispiece plate has a tiny folded corner at the bottom. The glassine is a little worn at the edges, with old creases. A remarkably preserved copy, in the rarely-seen box.
