[4], 5-479, [5] pp. Red publisher's cloth with green lettering and a green border on the front board, decorations in white, red, black, and green on the front board, black lettering on the spine. Floral green endpapers and pastedowns. Assisted by Charles Morris. Profusely illustrated by half-tone engravings and special artists' drawings. First published in 1904, this reprint does not state a date, only a copyright date of 1905 on the copyright page, no place of publication stated. Front hinge cracked, a few leaves with dog-ears.
