Edinburgh and London: William Blackwood, 1853. Used - Acceptable. Octavo, 288 pp., illustrated + 2 maps (1 fold-out). Litho frontispiece. Original brown cloth with gilt stamped decorative front board. Ex-library with usual markings. Spine has been covered with library tape; frontispiece is loose; posrtion of rfep missing. Edges of cloth badly worn. Inscribed by 'the author.' Internally a sound reading copy.
