New York: Farrar & Rinehart, 1939. Hardcover. First Edition, First Printing: with requisite Rinehart device present at the title page. The "Rivers of America" series. 5.5 x 8.25in. 294pp. Publisher's cloth boards. VERY GOOD in Very Good dust jacket protected in a removable archival cover. The book itself shows marginal shelf rubbing along the extremities, top text-block edge somewhat rubbed; in all other respects remains Fine/As New. The dust jacket shows loss from the head and foot of the spine, small instances of loss along the extremities with some short closed tears, otherwise is not price-clipped remaining bright, colorful, and distinct. As pictured.
