Boston: Benjamin B. Mussey, 1847. First edition, 1847. Blue-gray cloth lettered and decorated in gilt, all edges gilt, additional decorative title page printed in color, 332 pages. Covers rubbed with an old ring shaped transparent spot to the front cover, some wearthrough to corners and spine ends, good hinges, sound text block, clean pages with an occasional trace of foxing, gift notation from 1847 on preliminary blank, no other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
