Toronto: William Briggs, 1896. 282 pages. Wonderful illustrations throughout by J.E. Laughlin. Frontispiece has tissue guard. Boards are red cloth with black decoration & lettering on front and back. Dust jacket is fragile, tanned. Several chips to edges, corners, head and foot of dust jacket. Dust jacket chip has exposed spine. Previous owner's name on front end paper paste down. Pages are tanned. page 57 is loose at the bottom but secured at the top.. Hardcover. Good/Fair.
