About This Item

London : Dennis Dobson, (1961). First edition. Very much a London novel - starting in Stockwell and recounting the satirical tale of a spiv who suddenly finds himself possessed of the power of healing. Post 8vo (21cm). 192pp. Original black boards, lettered in silver; endpapers very slightly tanned, but otherwise a very good, clean and sound copy in the original dust-jacket - a stylish pictorial design in red, green and black on white - just a touch dusty, but otherwise very good indeed.
