Pamphlet, blue wrappers, black titling. Disbound, literally falling apart, leaves are yellowed and flaking at edges; back cover is missing; old paper towel glued to remains of front cover and rear cover, wear, rubbing, soiling, creases. Quite fragile. Text clean; [8], 91, blank, 2. Complete except for rear cover.. Reprint. Disbound. Poor. 7¼" by 11".
