Hardcover binding with minor sunning to spine extremities, and minor darkening along other edges. Unclipped dustjacket with moderate browning to spine, and several chips to extremities, and a few small tears and creases; protected in archival mylar. Signed by the author on the half-title page. Signed and inscribed by the author on the front endpaper "for my friend Paul D. Gilbert with best wishes for his continued success. [signed] McCrady Huston 1932." Added under this are two other autographs. Paul O. Gilbert is presumably a relative of the recipient; the other is Bob Egan..
