Philadelphia: Carey & Lea, 1832. First American Printing. Hardcover. Good. 8vo, publisher's cloth and printed paper spine label, good with quite a bit of darkening and soil to covers, spine label darkened and very hard to read, contents good to very good, endpapers show light general soil, front pastedown has residue from old tape and a blurry ink numerical note; flyleaf has top .75" neatly trimmed off, probably where a previous owner's name was. Contents otherwise very good and has three engraved plates of flies between pp. 234 and 239.
