Very Good. 8vo., 303 pp., bound in publishers gilt decorated red cloth with illustrated white dust jacket, price clipped. Dust jacket is missing a chip at top of spine, water stain at base of spine. Previous owners signature inside front cover, minor light toning to end pages, top edge stained red. Dust jacket now protected in mylar sleeve. SCARCE in this condition. Sylvia Nora Townsend Warner was an English novelist, poet and musicologist, known for works such as Lolly Willowes, Whether a Dove or a Seagull, and After the Death of Don Juan.
