Clear cellophane dust jacket over stiffened off-white paper covered wrappers lettered in gray. Housed in publisher's original plain cardboard shipping box. Illustrated with 40 color plates (4 folding). The text portion is mainly a transcription of a panel discussion with Makoto Ooka, Yoshiaki Tono and Mamoru Yonekura, entitled "The World of Sam Francis." Text mostly in English with some biographical and bibliographical notes in Japanese.
