Also an award winning sportswriter, he covers the Chicago Cubs and major league baseball for The Times, a daily newspaper based in northwest Indiana. Castle also is a spores columnist for Chicago's Lerner Newspapers chain. He is a regular contributor to Chicago-based Sports Profiles magazines and team publications put out by the Cubs, Chicago Bulls, Chicago White Sox and New York Yankees.
