Oversize hardcover has light blue cloth-covered boards with gold spine and cover lettering. Blue endpapers. Black and white photographs, and a few color plates. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Corners and spine ends bumped and rubbed, with some fraying at tips and spine ends. Covers have edge wear and surface rubbing. Small bookstore sticker from San Francisco at bottom of rear endpaper. A few pages have handling smudges in margins; otherwise, pages clean and unmarked. 228 pages. Dust jacket has overall surface rubbing, chipped and nicked edges, small to one-inch tears, and creases, and a one-inch piece missing from the head of the spine. Dust jacket is price clipped and has a name in ink on the front inner flap. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
