At the spine the some of the pages have some small tears ( only at a couple of places. ) The book over all is in good condition. The metal button is missing. Most of the pop-ups are in working condition. the second 3d pop up is working but is detached from the page on the right side.The covers have soil stains and dark soil spots. All pop-ups function very well and have not needed repair. Chip missing from fore-edge of front cover. Average soiling and wear to covers. Contents moderately worn and gently yellowed. Christmas pin missing. Small hole in center of first page where, presumably, pin was mounted. Faint pencil marks visible in this vicinity. A very lovely vintage Christmas pop-up volume..
