Bernhard Tauchnitz, 1891. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1891. Authorized Edition. 247 pages. No dust jacket. Half bound black leather with patterned paper covered boards. Gilt lettering to spine. Pages are mildly tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Pencil inscriptions to front endpapers. Boards have heavy shelf-wear, with visible corner bumping and noticeable scuffing to edges. Spine is severely sunned and scuffed, with visible splitting to ends. Gilt remains bright. Heavy rubbing to boards.
