About This Item
New York: Harper & Brothers. New York, Harper & Brothers, 1898. First Edition. First Impression. Hardback. A fine copy. Inscribed by the author to fellow writer R. Murray Gilchrist on a tipped in sheet. A lovely copy. Some minor rubbing and bumping to the spine tips. Owner's inscription dated 1898. With the note to RMG dated 1899 the timeline is a little confused, I can't see that the copy was presented to RMG given the 1898 ownership, so my assumption is that the note was tipped in later. [9872, Hyraxia Books]. . Fine. Hardback. 1st Edition. 1898.
