New York: Harold Vinal, 1926 Reprint. Hard cover, 8vo, 40pp., First Edition. Scarce volume of poetry by the author of "Scarlet Runner" (1923). The title poem is a somewhat gothic poem with references to Thoth and Kheperi, the latter being the Ancient Egyptian scarab-faced god who represented creation and the renewal of life. The other poems follow a similar theme - with title such as "Frail Hope", "Grey Moths" and "Sorcery". CONDITION: Very Good Plus in a Good dust jacket, which has split along the spine (now protected by a clear plastic cover).. Hard Cover. Very Good Plus/Good.
