Nottingham Society, 1901. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1901. 388 pages. Half bound black leather with marbled paper covered boards. Limited edition of 1000 sets, printed for subscribers only. Contains black and white illustrated plates. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Occasional thumb-marking present. Slight cracking to rear hinge with exposed binding. Water staining to pages throughout. Light scuffing to text-block edges. Binding is shaky. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with splits and loss to leather. Leather peeling to all surfaces, with noticeable scuffing and scratches overall. Notable splits to joints. Moderate sunning and rubbing to spine.
