Limited edition of 1500 copies [this is number 601], designed by Francis Meynell and printed under his supervision at the Oxford University Press in Oxford, England. SIGNED AND NUMBERED BY THE ARTISTon the colophon page. 4to, decorated paper-backed boards, paper label in fron board, with paper-covered chemise and slipcase, 143 pages, full-pagecolor illustrations. Book is VERY GOOD+ with faint offsetting to the endpapers, closed tear to spine head and tail to paper covers [this runs from front to back across the spine but is barely visible]; the chemise is VERY GOOD+ and has been professionally repaired at fold, slipcase is VERY GOOD+ with light rubbing at edges, toning to top edge. A lovely book to behold...
