Black and white photographic frontispiece, of author, and the text is illustrated with seven other black-and-white photographs / illustrations within the text. Black coloured boards with gilt coloured titles to the back strip. Photographic dustwrapper with white coloured titles to the front panel and dark brown coloured titles to the back strip.
