A library discard with all the usual markings. A difficult book to find in any condition. A general history of the area with an emphasis on the pioneer settlers. The book includes several photographs of which eight are black and white plates. A good copy due to the library markings that also has moderate wear to the boards. A relatively early history of the area surrounding Lake Scugog, about a half-hour north of Oshawa.
