New York: Rinehart and Company, 1957 219pp. Tips are rubbed. Spine ends are bumped and rubbed. Edges of boards are lightly sunned. Boards have a slight bend. Old Bookstore sticker at spine heel of front endpaper. Letter "J" Written at spine head of front endpaper and spine head of rear board. Inside boards have foxing along the edges. Lower edge of both boards are rubbed. Top edge of text block is dust stained. Top edge of rear board is bumped. Edges of jacket have chipping, tears, creases, and small pieces missing. Edges of jacket, flap folds and spine panel of jacket are heavily sunned with correlating heavy toning to the inside of the jacket. Jacket is price clipped. Flap folds and spine edges are rubbed. Remains of sticker and surface tear at top tip of front panel. Text is unmarked. . Hardcover. Good Plus/Poor Jacket. Illus. by Sheppard, Raymond.
