New York: Leavitt & Company, 1850. Leather-like hardcover binding - small book about 5" high. Textured binding imprinted with Leavitt's Cheap Edition, Thomson's Seasons in gilt on spine. Ex-library with small sticker on front cove, a couple of stamps throughout. Some tears and tatters to first couple endpapers along with writing in ink mentioning a Ladie's Library Society. Hinges barely cracked - binding integrity very good. 192 pages with index. Starts with some Critical Observations followed by the four seasons, then a Hymn and finally a chapter of The Season of Indolence.. 32mo - over 4 - 5" tall. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket.
