London:J. Bettenham, 1719. First Edition. hard cover. Very Good/No jacket. London:J. Bettenham. 1719. 42pp. Originally bound as pamphlet, now bound in quarter leather and buckram boards. Boards lightly soiled with title in giilt on spine strip still bright. Internally, first and last pages soiled with edges soiled, but otherwise in very good condition. A few bookseller penciled notes to inside front board with C. Middleton penciled to half title as well as title page. Some pages lightly age-toned with many pages still uncut.
