About This Item
New York Harper & Row. 1989.. Hardcover First Edition; first impression Very Good in Very Good DJ. Book shows faint dampstain and slight wrinkling at upper edge of text; else flawless. Binding square and secure; text clean. Dustwrapper shows faint smudges and dampstaining; very faint sunning at backstrip, though titles thereon remain bright and quite legible; price intact; mylar-protected. Overall, remains a flawed copy, but a very nice reading copy. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. 319pp. Index. Quarter cloth green hardcover with gilt stamping to spine. First Edition; first impression. Hardcover with dustwrapper: This books examines why Adventism happened and its context in American history. It gives sound reasons and lays open the truth about a group which it can be hard to get information on. The way in which they examine Ellen White as a prophet is particularly useful.
