Very well illustrated with Stark's black and white photographs throughout, large octavo, title page printed in red and black, large octavo, pp xxiv, 199, a slight suggestion of foxing to the fore-edge, otherwise extremely clean internally, grey cloth very slightly age-toned, corners slightly briosed, the dustwrapper is price-clipped, rather creased and frayed around the edges, lacking a few small pieces at the corners and spine head, and a larger piece from the corner of the rear cover; now nicely protected in a removable clear cover. . First American Edition.. Cloth. Very Good/Slightly worn and torn.
